- 15 years of professional experience developing technology products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading & building products in any or all of these domains: TV media consumer products, platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Track record of success in the full life-cycle of software development.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead the technical vision and strategy for how we deliver and grow the AndroidTV ecosystem. Steer high-stakes technical evaluations with partners.
- Lead the technical evolution of TV in an AI-first world. Enforce rigorous engineering discipline around clean conversational UI paradigms and hybrid model execution.
- Drive the platform that results in amazing experiences for users, combining the power or linear TV with OTT models and using Generative AI to reimagine TV.
- Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, internal: Android Media Framework, core Android, Search, Assistant and YouTube; external: OEMs, Operators, Content partners and Developers.
- Understand TV business models and ensure the platform can drive the right framework for sustainability
