Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
- Experience implementing large-scale initiative projects in a demanding, change-oriented, changing environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
- High proficiency with structuring analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
- Knowledge of latest trends in AI and customer support.
- Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex operational initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to the business supporting the leadership on service transformations, operational, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s goal.
- Define, launch and drive investigative initiatives to directly and indirectly improve customer experience, improve internal and external facing processes, working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Solve problems with executive leaders to deliver insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally projects.
- Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
