Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of consulting experience driving business transformation and technology strategy or in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing a team through sales processes, operations and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly/annual performance management, and managing sensitive information.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights.
  • Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.

The GTM Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. The Regional GTM Practice is the execution arm of the GTM practice organization, responsible for activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate progression and enable the go-to-market organization to deliver on the financial plan.

As the GTM AI Lead you are the leader for the practice area in your region, and will be responsible for the successful application of the end-to-end practice area GTM plan.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Spain: €152000 - €156000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Ireland: €182000 - €187000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Italy: €160000 - €164000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Poland: zł600000 - zł615000 (PLN) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Sweden: kr1560000 - kr1600000 (SEK) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
US: $224000 - $312000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate cross-functional application of the regional AI plans across stakeholder teams such as enablement, marketing, partners, services and others. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Practice Lead and Regional GTM Practice Leader to refine the GTM plan and strategy, incorporating regional performance insights.
  • Drive measurable field engagement with GTM plays, monitoring adoption through enablement and progress towards financial goals.
  • Track and analyze critical success metrics and KPIs for GTM plays, providing insights to regional sales leaders and aligning with global practice leads on performance and necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews for AI, reporting on the progress of GTM initiatives and facilitating a continuous feedback loop.
