Technical Solutions Consultant, gData BI

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of data products, and experience in SQL, Python, data architecture, and data governance.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI solutions within an enterprise data ecosystem.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven experience defining, designing, and scaling data or analytical solutions within a customer service or enterprise support environment.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner, building consensus and driving technical decisions across complex stakeholder groups (including both technical teams and non-technical business partners).
  • Strong technical architecture skills, with experience designing semantic data layers or modern BI infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving business adoption for new technologies.
  • Excellent technical leadership and portfolio management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional project timelines and product rollouts.

The gDATA BI Team drives this mission by delivering scalable reporting and strategic insights. By leveraging Autonomous BI and advanced reporting solutions, the team transforms massive, complex datasets into automated, actionable intelligence. Our work combines analytical excellence with a deep understanding of business operations, enabling gTech partners to solve non-routine problems and drive smart, data-backed business decisions.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant on the gDATA BI team, you will be a key driver in shaping our data strategy and modernizing our analytical capabilities. You will own the entire lifecycle—from developing multi-year roadmaps to co-leading the design of advanced, AI-driven data products. Your work will directly enable the business by transitioning teams from traditional reporting toward autonomous BI solutions that deliver proactive, actionable insights to drive business actions. Serving as the bridge between operational needs and technical execution, you will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions. You will collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and internal teams to build robust technical solutions while managing holistic program timelines, providing clear stakeholder communications, and driving business adoption.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Own the multi-year roadmap and drive technical execution to transition gTech Ads from traditional reporting to autonomous, AI-driven insights that drive proactive business actions.
  • Product Requirements: Translate complex business requirements into functional specs for Data Science partners to build core AI capabilities—such as agentic flows, advanced modeling, and automated delivery modalities.
  • Technical Architecture and Governance: Architect the semantic data layer and establish robust data governance; serve as the liaison with Data Engineering to communicate infrastructure needs that enable autonomous BI.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage complex, cross-functional timelines to scale autonomous BI across gTech Ads; coordinate cross-team development, UAT, stakeholder communication, and drive business adoption.
