Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber-security, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience assessing and developing cyber-security solutions and programs across security domains.
- Experience writing, refining, and implementing SOC or Incident Response (IR) playbooks.
- Experience leveraging frontline threat intelligence to inform technical operations, such as detection engineering or threat modeling.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Global Information Assurance Certification or Cloud Platform Security Certification.
- Experience with coverage mapping (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and security control validation.
- Experience integrating security controls into developer operation pipelines or cloud-native architectures.
- Experience utilizing security infrastructures (EDR, SIEM) across multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven threats or leveraging AI tools for threat detection.
- Ability to translate tactical technical findings into broader strategic program recommendations.

As a Strategic Security Consultant, you will lead consulting engagements and deliver results that align with the client's needs and risk profiles, with a specific focus on AI adoption and security. You will develop roadmaps, recommendations, and infrastructure business strategies to drive enhancements of cloud security architecture, Cyber Defense Center (CDC), and Security Operations Center (SOC) technologies. Your role involves developing policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices, as well as implementing logging and monitoring strategies across cloud and on-premises environments.
US: $112000 - $162000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead engagements using NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and Google SAIF to establish guardrails safeguarding large-scale enterprise AI adoption.
- Evaluate enterprise AI security through technical threat modeling and secure ML Operations. Integrate Mandiant's frontline intelligence and AI capabilities to enhance model-driven detection and threat hunting.
- Develop scalable strategies and infrastructure roadmaps for core Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and SOC technologies across multi-cloud environments.
- Transform security operations by optimizing logging, telemetry, and detection strategies. Stress-test SOC/IR playbooks against real-world threat scenarios informed by frontline intelligence.
- Conduct comprehensive maturity assessments, driving continuous performance enhancement strategies focused on people, processes, and technology controls.
