Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in data analysis, evaluation metrics, and modeling.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data analyses and visualization (Google Sheets and Slides), scripting (Google SQL), and Dashboard development (Looker Studio).
  • Advertising experience from either the advertiser, agency or other media owner side.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders (internally & externally) across all levels.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most senior business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

As an Analytical Consultant (AC), you will partner with clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive revenue growth. Serving as the primary data and insights contact for large customers, you will act as a data analyst, strategic advisor, and core consultant to internal sales teams. By diving deep into data, you will uncover hidden commercial opportunities, analyze Google auction performance, optimize branding investments, and align client efforts with their target audiences.

To scale your impact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify repeatable analysis solutions, ultimately building automated tools and dashboards that benefit the broader business. Additionally, you will promote data fluency by educating clients on Google's tools and visualizing key metrics to support their business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor who delivers measurable commercial value.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 40% bonus target

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive bespoke analyses for our high-priority customers to uncover hidden opportunities to optimize their online advertising return on investment (ROI).
  • Consult with clients as a value-centric consultant, clearly presenting data-driven insights and recommendations that align with their business goals.
  • Develop compelling narratives to deliver insights at scale for a wider customer base. Streamline processes by developing scalable templates, dashboards and scripts (together with gCare Insights).
  • Empower clients and partners with guidance on using Google's data tools via trainings, and democratize insights where needed through insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for clients (e.g., measurement and incrementality specialists).
