Head of Measurement Foundations, International

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience working with advertisement technology products and the online advertising industry.
  • 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Ability to formulate data-motivated proposals.
  • Excellent project management, people-management and leadership skills with problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent business communication skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring customers have the right measurement foundations and data in place to ensure that advertisers and partners understand the full value of Google media. You will work across all Large Customer Sales (LCS) customers Tier 1/Tier 2 and is a crucial piece of the flywheel leveraging vendors, automation and AI. You will continually works to standardize work so they can take on the next crucial measurement challenge for Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €176000 - €181000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers responsible for delivering measurement readiness/foundations solutions in the area of marketing measurement and marketing portfolio management.
  • Develop a measurement readiness or foundations roadmap for your team that aligns with business strategy and objectives and key results. Establish project goals, align a person's expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the objectives.
  • Provide investigative thought leadership in the areas of Measurement through proactive contributions.
  • Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize capabilities of the measurement team, employing methods which create opportunities for scale, and help to motivate innovation.
