About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Product Marketing Manager on the YouTube Premium global marketing team, you will be a central part of the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) function, leading end-to-end core product marketing, driving global business strategy, positioning, and marketing initiatives across the YouTube Subscriptions portfolio to unlock long-term growth for YouTube Premium. You will be responsible for shaping our subscription product marketing and business plan, defining value propositions, steering Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) architecture, influencing ambitious product expansion efforts, and guiding global market expansion.

To do this you will partner closely with Product, Insights, Regional PMMs, and cross-functional leads to ensure strategic alignment and execute marketing plans that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence.
